CHANGELLY x SAFEPAL IN-APP GIVEAWAY CAMPAIGN
1. Campaign Overview
Campaign Period: March 17, 2026 (14:00 UTC) – April 10, 2026 (13:59 UTC).
The Campaign is conducted exclusively within the Changelly mobile application.
During the Campaign Period, 10 Limited Edition SafePal S1 hardware wallets are raffled every 24 hours. In total, 250 wallets will be awarded (10 per day).
The Campaign is raffle-based and timer-driven. A visible countdown timer in the app indicates the time remaining until the daily winner selection. When the timer resets, a new daily raffle begins automatically.
2. Eligibility
Participation is open to users who:
- Are registered Changelly users;
- Are logged into their account in the Changelly mobile application;
- Complete eligible swaps during the Campaign Period in accordance with these Terms.
Participation is valid only for transactions made inside the Changelly mobile application. Swaps made via web or other interfaces are not eligible.
The Campaign is not available to residents of, or persons located in, the following jurisdictions: the United Kingdom, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Turkey, and any other jurisdiction where participation in this Campaign would violate applicable law or regulation.
Changelly reserves the right to update this list at any time during the Campaign Period. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their participation is lawful under the laws of their jurisdiction.
3. How to Participate
To participate in the Campaign, users must confirm their participation on the dedicated Campaign screen within the Changelly mobile application. Completing eligible swaps without this confirmation does not automatically enroll the user in the raffle.
To enter the daily raffle:
- Complete a crypto-to-crypto swap of more than $50 USD equivalent at the time of swap initiation, as determined by Changelly’s internal pricing engine, in a single transaction.
- The swap must be successfully completed inside the Changelly mobile app.
- Only finalized transactions qualify. Failed, cancelled, refunded, or reversed swaps are not eligible.
Each qualifying swap grants the user entries into the active daily raffle.
More swaps = more chances to win.
- Every additional qualifying swap increases the user’s number of entries.
- There is no limit to the number of eligible swaps per day.
Users may also increase their chances by sharing the campaign via the official in-app sharing functionality:
- Sharing grants +1 additional entry per day, regardless of the number of shares made during that day.
Entries do not roll over to the next daily raffle.
One physical device may be awarded per account during the entire Campaign Period.
4. Raffle Mechanics
- Each daily raffle runs for 24 hours.
- 10 winners are randomly selected every 24 hours from all eligible entries accumulated during that specific raffle period.
- A new raffle automatically starts when the countdown timer resets.
The more qualifying swaps completed during the active 24-hour period, the higher the chances of being selected.
5. Winner Selection
- 10 winners are selected every 24 hours during the Campaign Period.
- Winners are chosen randomly from eligible entries accumulated during the respective daily raffle.
- A total of 250 winners will be selected.
Changelly reserves the right to verify transaction validity and user eligibility before prize distribution.
6. Prizes
Each winner will receive:
- 1 Limited Edition SafePal S1 hardware wallet.
Total prize pool: 250 units.
Maximum: 1 device per account during the Campaign Period.
The prize is provided in the form of a promo code granting the winner one Limited Edition SafePal S1 hardware wallet free of charge, including free shipping to the delivery address specified by the winner.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or cryptocurrency. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or other charges arising from the receipt or use of the prize, as applicable under the laws of their jurisdiction.
7. Winner Notification & Prize Distribution
The list of winners will be updated daily and displayed in the ‘Stories’ section of the app. Additionally, winners will be contacted via the email address associated with their Changelly account within 72 hours of the daily raffle ending.
Users are strongly encouraged to enable push notifications in the Changelly app to receive timely updates regarding their participation and potential win.
To receive the prize, winners must redeem the promo code provided by Changelly directly with SafePal in accordance with SafePal’s redemption terms and conditions. Changelly’s obligation is limited to providing the winner with a valid promo code. All aspects of prize fulfillment – including but not limited to shipping, delivery, product warranty, customer support, collection of shipping details, and any identity verification – are the sole responsibility of SafePal.
Winners must redeem the promo code within 30 days of receiving it. Unredeemed promo codes will expire and no replacement will be issued.
Changelly makes no representations or warranties regarding SafePal’s products or services. Any claims, complaints, or disputes regarding the prize, its delivery, quality, or fitness for purpose must be directed to SafePal.
Changelly will not collect, process, or store any personal data related to prize fulfillment (including shipping addresses or identity documents). Any personal data required for redemption is collected and processed by SafePal under SafePal’s own privacy policy.
8. Fraud & Abuse
Changelly reserves the right to:
- Disqualify participants engaging in fraudulent behavior, manipulation, abuse, or violation of the Terms of Use;
- Cancel entries generated through artificial means or technical exploitation;
- Void transactions deemed abusive or non-genuine.
9. Limitation of Liability
Changelly shall not be liable for:
- Technical issues affecting participation;
- Network congestion or blockchain delays outside its control;
- Lost, delayed, or misdirected communications.
Participation in the Campaign constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
10. General Provisions
Changelly reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign in case of unforeseen circumstances.
By participating, users consent to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of administering this promotion. All data will be handled in accordance with Changelly’s Privacy Policy. Changelly processes only data necessary for campaign administration, fraud prevention, and prize delivery.
By participating in this campaign, users agree to be bound by these Rules & Guidelines, as well as Changelly’s general Terms of Use.
In case of disputes, Changelly’s decision shall be final, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
