1. Overview

The Changelly Black Friday 2025 campaign offers users exclusive discounts on crypto purchases and an opportunity to win prizes from the campaign prize pool.

The promotion is available via the Black Friday deep link on the Buy Crypto page of the Changelly web platform and within the Changelly mobile app.

Users must be logged in to their Changelly accounts to be eligible to participate in the prize giveaway.

Participation in the Promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Rules & Guidelines.

2. Promo Offers

Participating fiat-to-crypto providers offer discounts on service fees as part of this campaign. The list of participating providers includes (but is not limited to): Topper, Transak, Banxa, Switchere, Wert, and Unlimit.

Changelly will additionally reduce its own service commission by 50% for all participating provider offers.

Campaign offers are valid only via the dedicated Black Friday deep link and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

All discounts apply only to service fees and do not affect exchange rates provided by fiat partners.

Discount availability may vary depending on the user’s geographic location, payment method, and supported currency pairs.

3. Prize Giveaway

Users who are logged in and complete at least one crypto purchase during the campaign period automatically enter the prize draw for a chance to win 1 of 10 iPhone 17 Pro devices.

The prize pool is provided jointly by Topper, Transak, and Changelly. Each completed crypto purchase increases the user’s chances of winning.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Changelly reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if required. Prizes may be delivered as a USDT equivalent credited to the user’s wallet, equal to the retail price of an iPhone 17 Pro (256GB) on the official Apple Store US website at the time of campaign completion.

Only transactions successfully processed and marked as completed in the Changelly system qualify for participation. Pending or failed transactions do not count.

4. Winner Announcementy

Winners will be announced within 7 business days after the campaign ends via Changelly’s official social media channels (X and Telegram). Changelly will also contact the winners directly via the email address associated with their registered accounts.

If a winner does not respond within 5 business days after being contacted, Changelly reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Winners must ensure that the email associated with their Changelly account is valid and accessible during the notification period.

5. Fair Participation

Any attempt to manipulate or interfere with the promotion mechanism (including but not limited to fraudulent transactions, automated activity, or abuse of promotional links) will result in disqualification.

Changelly and its partners reserve the right to verify transactions and eligibility before awarding prizes.

Changelly may disqualify users engaging in prohibited activity at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Changelly reserves the right to void promotional participation retroactively if violations are detected after prize distribution.

The following activities may lead to disqualification: creating multiple accounts, coordinated transactions, wash-trading behavior, or attempts to artificially increase the number of entries.

6. Eligibility Restrictions

The promotion and prize draw are not available to users located in Turkey, Hong Kong, India, or the United Kingdom.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Rules & Guidelines and the general Terms of Use, the Terms of Use shall prevail.
