Hifi Finance (HIFI) Price

Hifi Finance is a decentralized lending protocol on Ethereum that allows users to borrow against their digital assets at a fixed interest rate. It comprises decentralized interest rate markets that mature on specific dates, using the Automated Market Maker model.

The Hifi Token is the native utility token and grants owners the ability to participate in Hifi governance. HIFI token holders govern the Hifi protocol by managing risk parameters and incentives to ensure the protocol's smooth operation. Through governance, the community can propose, vote on, and implement changes via the administrative functions of the Hifi Protocol.

The Hifi platform has three functionalities: borrowing, lending, and providing liquidity. Users deposit collateral in a vault to mint fixed-rate, fixed-term debt tokens for Borrowing. For Lending, users buy fixed-rate, fixed-term debt tokens for a discount and redeem them for face value when the term expires. Users earn trading fees by Providing Liquidity between debt tokens and stablecoins on an Automated Market Maker (AMM).
