Raydium (RAY) Price

Raydium is an automated market maker (AMM) and decentralized exchange (DEX) built on the Solana blockchain. It uses pool liquidity to place orders on the central limit order book of the Serum DEX, providing its Liquidity Providers (LPs) access to the order flow and liquidity of the Serum ecosystem, and vice versa.

Through the Raydium platform, users can trade using an order book or AMM, participate in liquidity mining, or stake RAY to participate in token sales and earn staking rewards.

RAY is Raydium’s native utility token and is used for staking, liquidity mining, and governance. Users can stake RAY to earn staking rewards and a portion of the trading fees from the Raydium platform. They can contribute to the liquidity pools to earn liquidity mining rewards and a share of the DEX transaction fees. RAY stakers also have the opportunity to participate in the future governance of the platform.

Raydium consists of several major components working in conjunction, including the Raydium AMM, Yield Farms, and AcceleRaytor. Raydium leverages liquidity from pools to create a market on the Serum central limit order book, while Yield Farms offer liquidity mining rewards to incentivize LPs. AcceleRaytor is an IDO launchpad for the latest Solana projects and drives initial liquidity, while enabling users to participate in carefully curated and vetted token offerings.
